Comicad Network TOS Update

Comicad Network TOS has been updated for the first time in a long while. The main focus of this update is centered around *AI Generated Content for Publisher Sites, along with some other additions, tweaks and typo corrections. AI is much more prevalent today than ever before and integrated almost everywhere, which is why it is important to define, and outline some protections and guidelines in the TOS for us and the community.
